Today’s discussion about Pakistan with Gen. Hamid Gul and Imran Khan I agree with lot of things with him and I also support the thinking of Imran Khan, I am also reactionist minded but good faith of Islam I suppose to tell some things about the friend ship of America, we lose our country’s dignity, lost one part of Pakistan. Where ever America gone that country’s economy paralyzed and changed peoples mentality, specially Muslim Countries, As every nations knows that Pakistan is a very strong military power country so America is always trying how they can weaken this brave nation. Pakistani people have the quality of leader ship. I was a member of communist party from 1969 when I was student of school and I saw myself lot of things how peoples brain washing were done in East Pakistan(Bangladesh) during this time and why people became against Pakistan. I attended public meeting of Mr Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto after leaving foreign ministry and try to form Peoples Party . I have seen with my own eyes how innocent people were killed in 1971. Ahsan Iqbal 1st time became VP in Engineering University of Lahore due to supports of ours when he was candidate of Jamiat but now with Muslim league (N) but I never supported for party, only supported for his personnel thinking and his good nature. Pakistan people must think about their beautiful country’s future to build nation stronger and wash out their brain always remember Allah. Allah is Al mighty.
Bhutto was a great leader, very intelligent person and cunning politician. He did great services to Pakistan (namely giving a constitution, getting the prisoners of war back, holding Islamic leader conference and starting the work on nuclear technology under Dr. Qadeer). But don’t forget, Bhutto was not a saint. He violated and abused his own constitution by suspending basic rights, let down the poor by giving tickets to big landlords, humiliated his own party leaders (J.A. Rahim, etc), abused the fair election system by being elected unopposed from Larkana. Bhutto put lot of people in jail because of political differences and opponents like Dr. Nazier (MNA of Jamat Islami) were even murdered (a campaign to eliminate and humiliate the political opponents was in high gear during the rule of Bhutto. When we discuss Bhutto, please consider both sides of his personality.

I would like to comment on Kamaran Shahid`s Programme “FRONTLINE” of 24 Dec 2010.
1. It was a 3rd class prgoramme. The anchor could not properly ask questions from the Guests. The guests were having knowledge, but they could nlot express their point of views.
2. Having knowledge is something and expressing of point of view is an other thing. A very learned scholar may not be a good speaker. This was the case with Shia Aalim.
3. Mr Kamran could have started the talk with the types of TALAQS, which he miserablly failed and the Shia Aalim also could not express his point of view properly.
4. The anchor should have called appropriate speakers or he could have interviewed the speakers and could show those clips.
5. This programme showed that the anchor was higly ignored about TALAQ and was not properly prepared. Such topics needs lot of deliberations, efforts and research. Secondly it seems that the anchor wanted to creat further fuss and misunderstandings among the Muslims.
6. Now listen my point of view.
a. First of all he should have given Types of Talaqs and ther necessary details about Talaq in Islam as per Sunni and Shia Sects.
Let me tell you that there is no difference among the muslims regarding Talaq and Halala.
b. The difference is on the numbers of Talaq.
i. As per Sunni Sect 3 talaqs can be given at one time. The man and woman can be in any condition.
ii. As Shia Sect 1 Talaq can be given at one time. After this Talaq both wife & husband can meet any time without Halala and so on if 2nd Talaq is given after ROOJOO, then it is counted 2nd Talaq. Still they can ROOJOO without Halala. But if 3rd Talaq is given then it is 3rd Talaq and this time they can not ROOJOO and they need Halala now if they want to re-marry. Secondly a pregnant woman and woman in mensis cant be given Talaq. The Aalim will recit the SEEGHAS of Talaq after confirmation that the Lady is not pregnant or in mensis. This is philosphy of Islam to give enough time to both the side to reconcile.
In my personal opinion after 3rd Talaq and Roojoo, the couple woulld not like to meet again and their would be no need of Halala. But still if thsy insist then they should face the music of Halala.
c. Now another diferrence regarding giving Talaq.
i. As per Sunni Sect the husband can give Talaq to his wife directly in wirtting or verbally.
ii. But in Shia Sect Talaq can not be given directly by the husband. It is to be given by an Aalim in the presence of Witnesses (just like the Nikkah, as husband and wife can not have Nikkah at their own. The SIGHAAS of Nikkah must be recited by an Aalim in the presence of Witnesses.
d. The Talaq given to a wife can be 1 (one) at a time. For exemple if a man marries it means he married once. He cant marry thrice with same lady at same time of Nikkah. Dewbandi Sect is also following this practice, that 1 Talaq at 1 Time.
Please give a deep thaught to this aspect. Islam is religion of Nature and covers all aspects of human factors and behavier. It is complete set of ways of life of all human being from the period of Holy Prophet Sallalaho Alehi Wa Aalihi Wasallam upto QAYAMAT.
Please arrange another programme on this topic with full preparation. The Lady and his Husband have not done a worng action. As per Dewbandi Sect they can ROOJOO after 1 Talaq. Please convey them immediately.

Need help regarding a situation where Miyaan Naveed Sheikh owner of Colony Group of Industries & Colony Sugar Mills owner tried to escape from charges against himself and against his financial officer and blamed his manager who is as honest as they come who was responsible for puchasing of sugar cane for Colony Mills. Even though the police re[port says that he is innocent but Mr. Neveed bought the local judge and the judge wont even give bail and wont move the case forward either because Mr. Naveed knows if his manager got out that means Mr Naveed and his financial officer are going to jail. They had many cases against them. They were out of the country but just came back top pakistan by paying money. You find alot more if you do your investigation. The family of the manager is afraid for his life and wont go to media or do any thing further because they know that Mr Naveed will kill his manager if things turned againsnt Colony Sugar Mills. The biggest problem is that the manager will not change his stand as to he is innocent and he is innocent and will not ask for forgivenness from Mr. Naveed and interms take the blame of all the charges against him Mr Naveed will not pursue the case against him. Mr. Naveed is a very power full person and can buy any one. The family is afaid to even come to media thinking they can buy media as well and interm the reaction from Mr. Naveed will be that he will kill him. The manager is in Jail rite now and may get killled any time. I ama third party and the family dont know that I am sending this story to the media. But the family dont know that the manager is more in danger of getting killed by keeping this story out of public eyes. Any how hoping that you will do the rite thing since I always think that you have more power and have honesty and have no gain except that gain more populairty as an honest channel who is not afaid of people like Mr. Naveed. This is also to be of record just incase any thing happens to the manager we all know who killed him and why. Who will benefit. Thanks
